Everyone knows the benefits of this practice: with yoga we improve the total perfomance of our body and mind: more elastic joints, stronger muscles, alignment of limbs and spine, harmony of the whole person.
Yoga is also very suitable for athletes, especially runners, as a complementary activity and to increase concentration in competition. There are also targeted programs designed to treat specific ailments such as chronic back pain, immunodeficiency, hypertension, insomnia, depression and menopause.
